Every TKS customers will enjoy exploring the creativity design via Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI), 5 CGIs per each 60 square meters area. For better design management, Design correction will be allowed up to 3 times along with budget informed in Preliminary Budget Estimation. (PBE)

Bario TKS customers will receive no more than 5 CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) or 3D images for every 60 square meters of space in the contract, with each CGI image evolving according to the customer’s style and needs. The customer can revise the design three more times until satisfied. Each time the design is presented, the customer will be notified of the Preliminary Budget Estimation (PBE) based on the revised design.
